These properties were all acquired through private treaty without any compulsory purchase powers having to be used.

Undertaking a March 2011 lease renewal for major Plc client. Agreeing a reduction in rental of some 25% along with a flexible leasing structure and additional rent free period. A total saving in outgoings of some £500,000.

Acting on behalf of national occupier on operational portfolio. Undertaking quinquennial appeals on 2005 and 2010 Rating Lists as well agreeing temporary reductions in liability resulting from material changes in circumstance, partial vacation and temporary alterations to the rating list. Agreeing reductions amounting to more than £500,000 over the portfolio.
